Black-and-white view of a maritime storm with crashing waves and a ship's mast emerging. On the reverse, a postcard sent from Blankenberge (Belgium) on July 28, 1955, addressed to Virey (France), with a 2.50 franc stamp and circular cancellation. The printed text indicates 'IDEAL BEACH FOR FAMILIES' and 'IDEALE FAMILIENSEEBAD'.
