Christmas postcard showing a smiling woman in a patterned dress and decorated hat, in front of a winter scene with snowflakes and frozen gutters. Printed text at the bottom: 'Happy New Year'. On the reverse, handwritten script dated December 27, 1908, addressed to 'Juliette L.' in Chassigny, with a French 5-centime postmark and cancellation.
