View of the central square of Allées de Tourny in Bordeaux, with a large fountain in the center, walkways lined with lampposts and buildings with classical facades, and pedestrians and vehicles. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated November 13, 1916, sent from Paris to Maman, mentioning memories of Bordeaux and correspondence with a friend.
