Description

View of the façade of the Sainte-Croix church in Bordeaux, dated 1940, with an inscription indicating its origin in the 6th century. The reverse has handwritten text addressed to Marcel Verdier in Marseille, with a 60-centime postage stamp and a Bordeaux postmark dated May 1st, 1940.
