View of the Girondins Monument in Bordeaux, with its obelisk adorned with a statue of an eagle at the top, surrounded by a garden and statues. The reverse bears an address to Madame Hélène Louzélin in Paris, a green 5-centime stamp, and a Bordeaux cancellation dated May 15, 1945.
