View of Place Pierre Lafitte in Bordeaux, with a central statue and a multitude of pigeons on the ground, surrounded by Haussmann-style buildings and pedestrians. The reverse has handwritten text dated 1940, addressed to Roseline in Troyes, with a postmark from Bordeaux dated April 1st, 1940.
