Postcard showing the ruins of the Palais Gallien in Bordeaux, with a large stone arch and palm trees in the foreground. The reverse has handwritten text dated January 10, 1887, addressed to 'Dear Little Mrs. Larderou', mentioning the visit to the Palais Gallien and the sender's children. A postmark is affixed at the top right of the reverse, with partial cancellation.
