Black and white scene showing two men dressed in long robes and wearing turbans, standing near a watercourse with a donkey nearby, among palm trees and a stone wall. On the reverse, handwritten text indicates the sending from Bou-Saada, Algeria, on June 13, to Madame and Mr. Briand in Vallac, France. The stamp and postmark from Sétif date from June 13, 1930. At the bottom, the mention 'Coll. R. Prouba' and '31. BOU-SAADA Discussion interested in the Oued'.
