Postcard showing the ruins of a Gothic chapel on the edge of a rural landscape, with printed text telling the story of Rieux de Ranrouet, an English prisoner, who built a chapel there. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated July 5, 1931, addressed to 'dear friends,' mentioning a plateau of Nocelle and a promise of prayer for the healing of a sick person.
