Black and white view of the Gothic cathedral in Bourges, with its towers and detailed architecture, surrounded by gardens and trimmed trees. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated July 15, 1938, addressed to Madame Descout, with a 12 franc postage stamp and a cancellation mark 'BOURGES SALON GASTRONOMIQUE SEPTEMBRE OCTOBRE 1938'.
