View of the apse of the cathedral in Bourges, in Gothic style, with stained-glass windows and towers. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated 30 July 1910 addressed to the construction engineers Lambert Frères in Levallois-Perret, with a 10-centime postage stamp and a postmark from Bourges.
