Front view of the Water Tower in Bourges, a neoclassical monument adorned with sculptures and arcades, with a man in period costume and a group of people sitting at its base. Reverse: printed text 'All foreign countries do not accept correspondence on the front', handwritten address to 'Monsieur Blanchard, Sellier, Gouard, Châins et Loire', Geneva postal stamp (650) and cancellation 'GENEVE 14' dated 1914.
