Interior of the library of the Brécy (Cher) castle, with dark wooden bookcases, framed portraits, round tables, and high-backed chairs. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Mr. Vaton in Sancenay (Cher), with a 10-cent postage stamp and a postmark from Brécy (Cher) dated October 24, 1914. The publisher is E.M., and the card bears the inscription 'Postcards in Bulk, E. Maquaire Bourges'.
