View of Brest's jetty under a violent storm, with crashing waves and a lighthouse in the background. Printed text at the bottom: 'The Jetty on a Stormy Day'. Reverse: postcard sent to Madame and Mr. Chaix, 7 Rue Choroy, Paris 9e, with a 30-centime stamp and a postmark from Brest dated 15 April 1938. Handwritten message: 'Happy Anniversaries from Brestaguer de Monvay'.
