Description

View of the Asfeld Bridge, an impressive 60-meter arch bridge spanning the Durance in the heart of the Alpine mountains. The reverse features a handwritten address to Saint-Marcellin (Gère) and a date of 14 July 1914, with a 5-centime French Republic postage stamp canceled in Barcelonnette (Isère).
