View of the metal bridge of Pont Baldy spanning the Serverette canyon in Briançon, with technical details (altitude 1,321 m, height 85 m, length 65 m). On the back, a handwritten letter dated around 1914, addressed to someone in Nancy, mentioning the loss of a company man and the burning of the family home, signed 'Aimée' with the publisher Durand-Savoir at the bottom.
