Black and white view of the metal Baldy Bridge spanning the Cerveyre River in a rocky canyon in Briançon, with a stream below. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated April 6, 1916, addressed to 'Dear Marie and Dear Children' from Briançon, mentioning the healthy arrival of Antoine and a visit to the Pierre de la Pastorale.
