Description

Black and white panoramic view of Briançon, located at an altitude of 1321 meters, showing the village nestled in a mountainous landscape with scattered buildings and a fortress on a hill. On the reverse, a handwritten address to Mr. Bongianni in Grenoble, a 8 franc postage stamp, and a cancellation mark from Guillestre dated July 22, 1952. The publisher is listed as 'Les Éditions MAR, Boulevard de Cimiez'.
