View of the Provincial Government building in Bruges, with characteristic Gothic architecture and arcades on the ground floor. The reverse has a handwritten address to Algiers, two blue 5-centime stamps and one green 5-centime stamp, with a postmark from Bruges dated 20 January 1918.
