View of the belfry of Bruges at the center of a lively square, with Gothic buildings and period vehicles. On the back, handwritten address to Mr. P. Willaert, 1, Oudenburgstraat, Bruges, and at the bottom, the recipient's address in Paris. Two Belgian stamps (2c and 5c) and a postmark from Bruges dated 13 May 1913.
