Black and white view of the Quai du Rosaire in Bruges, with a canal bordered by old buildings and towers, including a bell tower visible on the right. The back indicates the publisher 'Cliché F. Wachearts, Brussels', the recipient's address in Paris, and a correspondence address in Bruges. A 17-centime Belgian stamp is affixed with a Bruges postmark dated August 17–18, 1918.
