Black and white aerial view of the Palais du Centenaire in Brussels, with its large central pool and neoclassical buildings. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 1946 addressed to André Flamme in St-Basile, mentioning crocodile hunting and the beauty of the place. Belgian 1946 stamp, cancellation 'BRUXELLES (MID)' and stamp 'LE MARCHÉ NOIR MENSUEL DE LA PAIX SOCIALE'.
