Description

View of the Arcade du Cinquantenaire in Brussels, erected by Léopold II to commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of Belgian independence. The side wings house the Army Museum and the Egyptology Museum. The reverse features handwritten correspondence addressed to Monsieur and Madame Loris in Paris, with a Belgian 1961 stamp.
