View of the Monumental Arcade of the Cinquantenaire in Brussels, with its three arches and equestrian sculpture at the top, framed by colonnades. On the reverse, a postcard sent in 1951 from Brussels to Paris, with a handwritten inscription and a 1951 Belgian stamp. The publisher is listed as 'Neus' and the recipient's address is in Paris XVIIe.
