View of the Town Hall of Brussels, southwest side, on the Grand Place, with its ornate Gothic tower and pedestrians below. On the reverse, a Belgian 30-centime postmark, a dispatch stamp from Brussels dated 21-22 April 1930, and a handwritten address to Madame Hozgel at L'École (Limeuil) in France.
