View of the Porte de Hal in Brussels, with its imposing round tower and trees along the edge. Horse-drawn vehicles and pedestrians are moving through the square. On the reverse, a postcard dated 3-9-1913, sent to Madame Gibault in Paris, with a Belgian 5-franc stamp and a Brussels postmark.
