Printed text at the bottom: 'Brussels. King's House.' and 'Bons baisers for Louis Valentine'. Belgian 10-centime stamp with inscription 'DO NOT DELIVER ON SUNDAYS' and partial cancellation. Reverse: handwritten address to Madame René Moschenross in Aisne, France, with postmark 'AISNE 15 OCT 1913'.
