The building, in flamboyant Gothic style, is described as an architectural gem. On the second floor is the Communal Museum. Reverse: 15-centime Belgian stamp, Brussels postmark of 13-10-1928, handwritten address to Verdun (France), and mention of the Official Commercial Fair of Brussels.
