View of the Parliament of Budapest, a neo-Renaissance Gothic building on the banks of the Danube, with a steamboat at the bottom right. Reverse: Romanian text describing the construction (1885-1904, 90 m high, 27 floors, 1000 windows), green 6 pengő stamp, Budapest postmark of July 9, 1921, and a handwritten address to George, Lemans, France.
