View of the Abbaye-aux-Dames in Caen, with its two imposing Romanesque towers and Gothic architecture. Printed text at the top right indicates its foundation by Queen Mathilde in the 11th century. Reverse: handwritten address to Monsieur Albert Dumont in Dieppe, green 5-centime stamp, Dieppe postmark of 10-6-1908.
