Postcard showing a carved capital from the crypt of the Abbey of the Ladies in Caen, dated to the 19th century. The reverse side features a handwritten correspondence addressed to Monsieur Leclerc in Pont Audemer (Eure), with a note about the receipt of the postcard and a reference to a monument in Caen. A 15-centime French Republic postal stamp is affixed at the bottom left, canceled.
