View of Saint-Martin Station in Caen, showing a building with an ornate façade and clock, horse-drawn carriages and pedestrians on the square. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 9 October 1928, addressed to 'Monsieur Brune', mentioning potatoes and a request to return to Vannes. A red 50 centimes stamp and a partially visible postmark.
