View of the Men at Arms Tower in Caen, a medieval tower dating from the 16th century, with a stone façade and a barred window. French postmark of 25 centimes of the Republic, canceled in Calvados on September 27, 1928. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame and Mr. Zemb, Bourgdes (Cher), with slanted handwriting and a mention of the publisher 'LÉVY ET NEUHAN RÉGÉS, 4 RUE LETELLIER, PARIS'.
