View of the Tour des Gens d'Armes in Caen, a circular tower from the 16th century, surrounded by a wall and bordered by trees. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Jean Zuber in Paris, dated April 2, 1950, with a 25-centime French postage stamp and a postmark from Caen. The publisher is Cindes Arts, and the series number is ND.203.
