View of the Caen canal where a steamboat is navigating, with bare trees along the banks and two people on a stone quay. On the back, a postcard dated July 4, 1927, sent to Monsieur Paulbert in Paris, with a 5-centime Caen stamp (1895) and a Caen cancellation.
