View of the paved street in Caen with a timber-framed house dating from the 14th century, with the church spire in the background. The reverse has a handwritten address to Suzanne Branger in Charmes-Inférieures and a message 'Bon souvenir' from the sender. Blue 50-centime postmark with cancellation.
