Black and white view of the Saint-Michel Gate in Cahors, with its stone arches and a cedar in the background. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated September 5, 1939, addressed to Madame de Cluzel in Tours, with a 2.50 franc postage stamp and a Limoges cancellation.
