View of the Quai de Regour in Cahors, with a tower in the background and buildings along the river. Two green 5-centime stamps of the French Republic are affixed at the top right. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. Victor Fabre in Paris, with a postmark from Grasse dated 19 July 1917.
