Desert scene in Cairo with two loaded camels and a man sitting on the ground, under a blue sky. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 1st July 1905, sent by the senders to their loved ones, announcing their expected arrival for the following Sunday. The stamp and postmark are visible at the top right.
