View of Calais Town Hall with its imposing belfry, photographed in an urban setting with a few pedestrians and street lamps. The printed text at the bottom indicates '1 CALAIS - The Town Hall' and mentions the publisher 'AIME PICON'. On the reverse, a postcard dated September 6, 1915, franked with a 20-centime stamp, is addressed to Madame Drouet in Boulazac, with handwritten text and a cancellation from Calais.
