Black and white view of the Town Hall of Calais, with its iconic clock tower and ornate Gothic architecture. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated April 17, 1961, addressed to Madame Ziegler in Corbeil, mentioning a stay in Paris and a visit to Calais. French postage stamp of 6.20 francs and a Calais postmark.
