View of the Town Hall of Cambrai, a neoclassical building with a columned façade and a central spire. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated June 19, 1923, sent to Mr. Albert Alam in Sèvres, with a mention of a trip to Cambrai. Postmark of 5 centimes of the French Republic canceled in Cambrai on June 19, 1923.
