View of an obelisk at Camp de Châlons, erected to commemorate a letter from Napoleon III dated August 15, 1857, which opened a credit of 5,000,000 for local roads. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence dated July 13, 1905, sent to Marguerite Coupe in Paris, with a green postmark and cancellation 'FRANCE'.
