Black and white view of the port of Cannes with many moored sailboats, in the background the city buildings and hills. On the reverse, two 15-centime stamps for the Colonial Exhibition of 1931, a postmark from Cannes dated April 17, 1931, and a handwritten address to Miss Vander Haegen in Brussels, Belgium.
