View of La Croisette in Cannes with the promenade lined with palm trees, a small house on stilts bearing the inscription « DE MERCIER D'OUCHE », and a fiacre in the background. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Madame M. Martin in Rouen, with a green 10-centime stamp and a cancellation from Cannes. The publisher is listed as « Édition des Édymes de France, Cannes ».
