Panoramic view of Cannes Harbour with many boats and Le Suquet in the background, topped by a fortified building. On the reverse, a 20-centime French postage stamp, postmark from Cannes dated 21 September 1932, and handwritten address to Madame Thirofloy in Viroflay (Yvelines).
