Panoramic view of Cannes from the sea, highlighting the Promenade des Alliés and coastal buildings under a cloudy sky. The reverse features a handwritten address to Monsieur le Président and Messieurs les Juges du Tribunal de Commerce de Calais, dated January 22, 1924, with a 25-centime French postage stamp and a Cannes cancellation dated 22.1.24.
