Black and white view of Canterbury Cathedral, showing its Gothic towers and imposing architecture. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated June 16, 1914, sent from Brixton (S.W.) to Madame E. Gostel in Marseille, with a one-penny stamp and a postmark from Saint-Denis-de-la-Chapelle (France).
