Black and white view of the embarkation cove at Cap Fréhel, with a steaming steamboat in the foreground and rocky cliffs in the background. The back features a handwritten letter addressed to Mrs. Desnoëls in Villefranche, with a 15-centime stamp and a postmark from Mâcon dated August 18, 1908.
