Description

Colorized postcard showing four views of Cardiff: City Hall, Law Courts, Welsh National Museum and University College, with the city's coat of arms in the center. Reverse: handwritten French text dated August 11, 1982, sent from Cardiff to Brest, with a 19 pence stamp and a Cardiff postmark. Sender's signature and note 'by France'.
